SOCCER BALL DROP

Imagine a cluster of kids and parents watching with wide eyes as a bucket truck reaches into the sky, preparing to drop hundreds of small soccer balls onto the nearby field.

This event is called a Soccer Ball Drop and it is one of Heart of the City's most popular annual fundraisers!

For $10, HOTC supporters can buy a ticket to get a shot at winning $500. Each ticket number is written on a miniature soccer ball that is dropped from a truck's bucket toward a marker on the ground.

The ball that is the closest to the marker wins the prize money!

Before the ball drop, kids are able to kick soccer balls around the field and enjoy refreshments with their friends and family.
