Executive Director Scott McLellan receives a 2020 Drum Major Award

Congratulations to our very own Executive Director, Scott McLellan, for receiving a 2020 Drum Major Award as a Champion of Youth Services at the Waukegan Township‘s Dr. MLK Jr. Dreamer’s Breakfast!! 

The event honored the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by recognizing individuals in our community who have shown outstanding service in faith, business and public life.

Thank you, Scott, for all that you do for Heart of the City and for the youth of Lake County!!
